A MOVING timelapse video of a woman's journey from being nearly 143kg to losing two dress sizes by exercising daily for 100 days has gone viral after she posted it online.
LaKeisha Shurn, 32, from San Francisco, admits at the start of her video diary titled 100 Days at the Gym, that she felt "depressed'", "unattractive" and "stuck in a rut".
Viewers then see her exercise each day until the end when she announces she lost 8 kilograms, dropping two dresses from a size 26 to a size 22.

Along the way, she also tells of how she was learning to "love herself".
"I always just thought of myself as someone who was unattractive and was not fit to be married or have kids," she said.
"I have a lot of other friends that are moving on in life and doing all these great things and I'm happy for them but I still feel that I'm kind of stuck.
"Next hundred days I will be on the journey of losing weight and finding myself."
