Bar Refaeli's new commercial has been banned on Israeli TV for 'too many sexual insinuations'

IT is meant to be a television advertisement for a clothing brand.

Yet the Hoddies ad, which features model Bar Refaeli and a famous Israeli puppet character, has been banned on Israeli TV prime time for "too many sexual insinuations".

The 54-second ad, which upset Israel's Second Authority for Television and Radio, features the puppet Red Orbach living out his sexual fantasies with the 28-year-old Refaeli.

Refaeli has shared pictures of the ad on her Instagram and Twitter accounts.

In one scene, Refaeli appears topless in bed lying next to Orbach.

"I'm telling you Barbie, it can't get any better than this," the purple puppet tells Refaeli. "Or could it?"

His fantasy then takes him to the next level by frolicking in a hot tub with multiple clones of Refaeli in an odd ménage à trois before a game of strip poker.

It's not Refaeli who loses her clothing but Orbach.

The former girlfriend of actor Leo DiCaprio has not commented on the ban.
