STUDENT protesters who attacked Christopher Pyne on Q&A have struck again, by mobbing and heckling Foreign Minister Julie Bishop today.

The students first targeted Ms Bishop when she was about to speak at the University of Technology in Sydney at the opening of the Australia-China Relations Institute.

When Ms Bishop stood up to approach the lecturn, one of the four Q&A protesters stood up and started shouting at her.

"Julie Bishop, how dare you set foot on this university campus, when your government is responsible for attacking university students right now," she said.

''How dare you claim that you give a sh** about international students,'' she said.

The Q&A protesters then started chanting: ''No cuts, no fees, no corporate universities.''

Ridah Hassan, Education Officer at the Sydney University Student Representative Council, told News Corp Australia they were immediately ejected after the vocal protest took place where 150 people had gathered for the minister's speech.

"We got ejected because it was clear Julie Bishop was not interested in hearing our concerns about education ... we were escorted out," she said.

But that was only the start of the Q&A protesters' attack on Ms Bishop.

They caught up with her again at Sydney University, where Ms Bishop was mobbed as she walked up the stairs of MacLaurin Hall.

Footage shows the Q&A protesters flanked by other students who surrounded Ms Bishop, making it almost nearly impossible for her to get to a door, as they shouted "Shame on you".

Ms Bishop did not speak to the students as she made her way through the crowd. She smiled as security intervened and helped her get to the door.

She was there to announce a further 1000 students would be able to study overseas under new government funding.

Ms Hissan said the protest took place in response to the fact that the Abbott Government is pushing ahead with plans to remove all limits on university fees, increase interest rates on HECS debt, and scrapping equity targets aimed at assisting disadvantaged students enter university.

"Quality and affordable education should be a right for all, not a privilege for the super-wealthy", she said.

Asked if the Q&A protesters would strike again, Ms Hissan told News Corp: "We made it pretty clear today that we are going to stand up and fight where ever they go."
